In the beta, is Tirion Fordring still in the Eastern Plaguelands?
Oddly, yes, Fordring is still hanging out in Eastern Plaguelands. He's also hanging out in Northrend. How does he manage to be in two places at once? Either we're talking powerful magic or Tirion has an evil twin brother. Well, okay, to be serious for a moment here, there are a couple of reasons he might still be in Azeroth. Perhaps Blizzard doesn't want to upset existing questlines and stories involving Fordring in Azeroth. And perhaps Blizzard just hasn't finished the game updates to Azeroth that they're planning on doing before Wrath goes live. Time will tell!
The reputation window has been changed around a bit. It's a little bit more organized. Nothing else to write about except reputations are grouped by expansion so that you can easily close the LOTRO Gold you no longer need to look at. The Achievement Points window has its own major U.I. interface component. There are two parts, Achievements and Stats. The Achievement window is broken into a basic overview listing how many achievements you've completed, the latest ones you've earned, and the latest stats updated. On the left side is how you navigate between the different achievement categories.
If you've found a guild or two you wish to join, check their guild websites. Read their charters (if they have one), see their loot system, check their roster (especially those members who are your same class and spec), and look over their WoW Gold forums. If you have access, look at their sign-ups. It may be important to check how much of a waitlist they have for raids and which ones have the best turn-out. It's good to know, also, which raids are required and which have no penalty for absence. It can also be helpful to know how long the guild has been around to check for stability. If it doesn't look like it's going to survive the expansion, it won't be worth your time.
