There won't be any guarantee what levels will it be at the end of the pl service, but we will do as much as we can. (for example: you have 30 mining skill when pl start, if we find a copper vein in the area we're leveling your char, we will mine it.
But if we find a iron vein which need higher mining skill, we will ignore it, we won't go back to lower level areas just for the professions since too much time consuming.)
